  • Responsible for assigned stores, will execute store level sales and promotion plans with customer retailers in assigned territory.
  • With every retail visit, maintain the quality and integrity of our product by ensuring 100% distribution on authorized Hershey product, proper product rotation and follow up on production code date.
  • Professionally build rapport with all customers based on practice of basic principles related to service and handling of our important customers.
  • Distribute all listed products and ensure optimum product appearance/quality is provided.
  • Manage within policies and procedures the issuance of credits and merchandising allowances.
  • Administrative work is also required – report on all sales call activities, submit booking programs, maintain accurate files, attend district meetings, and maintain/store a sufficient supply of merchandising tools and car stock, etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Education Requirements:
  • High School Education preferred or equivalent experience
  • Reside within the territory boundaries
  • Dynamic and energetic person who is driven by results
  • Experience in sales with sound knowledge of sales techniques in consumer-packaged goods preferred.
  • Highly motivated and demonstrates the ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Takes initiative in pursuing objectives and ability to work under pressure to ensure timelines and/or deadlines are met
  • Solid organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
