Job Description

Randstad- Pictou County is looking for a hard working individual to become part of our team as a Chemical Sampler.This position requires the selected candidate to work in a lab setting, collecting samples from the client facility, maintaining quality of products, ensuring no cross contamination of products through consistent testing.This position requires math skills, computer skills, and problem solving skills. The selected candidate will be required to walk from site to site collecting samples and returning to the lab. Frequent walks around the client site are requiredAdvantages

Responsibilities
  • Recording production/quality
  • Maintaining a safe, clean work environment
  • Communicating with team members
  • Contributing to operations to ensure all requirements are met
  • Other general labour duties as assigned
  • Collecting samples from trains, machines, and other locations on site
Qualifications
  • You have related industry experience
  • You have good communication skills and the ability to work as a team member
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy physical labour and can perform repetitive tasks
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You are dependable and have a reliable source of transportation
