Job Description

Trinity Energy Group is currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Drywall Hanger and Finisher in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. The right candidate will be able to complete all aspects of hanging and finishing of drywall applications on new home and renovation projects. We are looking for people who are hardworking, reliable and determined to stay motivated while learning new skills. The successful candidate will work in all aspects of our business, including but not limited to:
  • Residential drywall installation and finishing
  • Working at heights, working in crawlspaces
  • Loading and unloading drywall materials
  • Properly maintaining equipment and tools
  • Ensuring clean job site
Other considerations and requirements:
  • Quality house painting skills will be considered an asset
  • Basic carpentry is considered an asset
  • Fall protection and lift tickets are considered an asset
  • Own basic tools will be required and will be discussed during the interview. Consumables will be provided by Trinity Energy Group.
  • Criminal record check & child abuse registry check must be provided upon hiring
  • Clean Driver’s abstract must be provided upon hiring
  • Own transportation to and from our Stellarton office and local job site is required
  • Hours will fluctuate (fulltime + additional)
