This practice uses an up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) system.Physicians receive support and services from Aberdeen Hospital (AH), the regional acute care facility serving Pictou County. Completed in 2017, the emergency department at AH underwent an extensive redevelopment to improve the layout and workflow of the existing space. Physicians can refer patients to the One Door Chronic Disease Management Centre to address the needs of clients diagnosed with diabetes and/or cardiovascular health issues. In addition, the centre provides a Diabetic Education Clinic on site in Pictou two days each week. AH offers a wide range of primary and secondary services through inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services and programs.Services:
