  • Greeting customers, assessing vehicles, providing estimates, and coordinating appointments.
  • Provide an extraordinary customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
  • Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
  • Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
  • Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships – keep the customer in the know every step of the way!
  • Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.
What You Bring
  • Previous Service Experience – A minimum of 1 year in a customer focused role required.
  • Professionalamp; Friendly Approach – A customer-first mindset with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong Communication Skills – You create trust and long-term relationships effortlessly.
  • Detail-Orientedamp; Organized – You efficiently manage service details, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Valid Driver’s License – With an acceptable driver’s abstract.
