Our Finance First Process ensures we approve customers before presenting vehicle options, saving time and maximizing success.If you #39;re driven, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in auto sales – with great earning potential and full training provided.What You #39;ll Do:

  • Generate Leads – Use social media, digital marketing, and networking to engage potential buyers and create opportunities.
  • Consult with Clients – Conduct phone, online, and in-person interviews to assess customer needs, review credit situations, and collect necessary documentation.
  • Present Vehicleamp; Finance Options – Confidently explain financing terms, payments, and vehicle choices that fit customer pre-approvals.
  • Participate in Events – Be a key player in dealership sales events, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with finance managers, dealership staff, and the Bruce Auto Approvals Team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Sales, finance, or customer service experience (automotive industry is a plus, but not required).
  • A high-energy, self-motivated mindset with a drive for success.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in digital and social media engagement.
  • The ability to learn and apply our proven Finance First Process.
  • A team-oriented attitude and passion for helping customers.
