Job Description

The Wine Factory is a small business in New Westminster, BC. We are innovative, fast-paced, and inclusive, and our goal is to spark curiosity and a thirst for knowledge.Our work environment includes:

We guide customers through the processes of making and then canning or bottling hard seltzer, wine and cider. We are responsible for all the various tasks in the production process between the customer’s two visits.We put customers first by providing clear and engaging instruction, actively listening, and being patient. Fermentation is a precise activity that requires attention to detail, a high degree of cleanliness, and fastidious record keeping. Some heavy lifting will be required.The Assistant Manager will master all areas of the business so they can become a supportive resource for the other staff.Knowledge of wine and hard seltzer styles is an asset as is experience home brewing wine or beer. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
