Small, busy New Westminster office looking for experienced Casual On-Call Secretary/Dicta-Typist. Interesting work. Fast paced. Casual work environment.This position is best suited for someone looking to work on a casual, on-call basis, principally for vacation relief and during busy periods. Flexibility is desired.Must possess a good work ethic, enjoy performing a variety of administrative tasks, enjoy working independently and must be a self-starter. Prior office experience required.Please provide your average WPM or complete the typing assessment.Job Requirements:- Excellent dicta-typing/transcription experience with fast and accurate typing skills (60 - 80 wpm).- Good computer skills – Microsoft Office 365 and Sage Timeslips.- Basic bookkeeping skills.- Claims adjusting and/or legal office experience helpful, but not necessary.- Attention to detail with good command of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.- Reception duties with pleasant phone manner.Competitive hourly rate – $21 - $26 per hour, depending on experience.Job Types: Part-time, CasualSalary: $21.00 to $26.00 /hourExperience:
