Job Description

Merlin Plastics Group is a processor of post-consumer and post-industrial plastic. We are dedicated and committed to providing environmental services for the packaging industry in an economically efficient, environmentally sound, and socially responsible fashion.Merlin Plastic Group is looking for a team leader who can supervise 10 employees. This position is located in the warehouse.Employment type:Full-time/PermanentLocation:351 Gifford St, New Westminster, BCResponsibilities and requirements:

  • Lead a team of 10 employees.
  • Make sure the trailers are unloaded in timely and effective manner.
  • Receiving paper work and data entry.
  • Working with management and/or subordinates to resolve problems and complaints.
  • Assigning work and monitor performance of employees in areas such as attendance and punctuality, work quality, productivity, etc.
  • Ensure the warehouse management system and equipment is well maintained and functioning.
  • Communication with the drivers.
  • Warehouse experience
