With over 60 years in the call centre industry, we have the technology and resources to help our clients get their brand where it needs to be and grow their business.We are currently looking for an Data Analyst to add to our Team.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs the Data Analyst you will interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve our business, thus affecting business decisions. You will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends and be point of contact for reporting requirements within your designated area of business and lead creation as well as maintain all relevant sources including cloud based platform with data.You will be responsible for:

• Collecting, cleansing, organizing and analyzing data from both internal and external sources for Business Intelligence purposes to support the designated area of business.

• Understanding customer requirements and analyzing data to quantify the value proposition to our customers, as required
• Presenting results in a clear and concise manner for both internal and external presentations.
• Develop analytical tools and dashboards that allows our teams to efficiently report on datasets.
• Supporting and managing our platforms as administrator, creating dashboards and custom reporting or data fields.
• Supporting the data requests from other departments within the organization.
• Expertise in development, architecture, and implementation of reporting, scorecard dash boards, data and analytics, and models using the following:
• Data Mining, Modelling (Financial/Operational), Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Data Science/Machine Learning
• Reporting complex system tools, including reporting tools, data validation tools, calculated fields, Customized reporting
• Tool-agnostic reporting using various visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Recommending course correction strategies from results of data findings and analysis
• Learning programming to help automate processes and build programs that help create efficiencies for the business

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years’ of data analytical experience
• Previous experience with analytical platforms, data aggregation, and analysis tools, in various disciplines (operational/financial/human capital/consumer/marketing)
• Experience working on reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Workday is preferred
• Strong analytical / critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA would be an asset
• Hubspot and/or SQL certification would be an asset
• Completed Post-Secondary education in a related field
• Computer Science and/or Engineering and/or Statistics/Mathematics would be an asset SQL certification would be an asset
