Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling patient appointments and conducting reminder phone calls
  • Answering calls in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Welcoming and managing patient flow within the clinic
  • Filing/copying forms as required for office and patients
  • Processing patients’ payments along with insurance information
  • Stocking and ordering supplies in order to keep office organized
  • Maintain cleaning standards by sanitizing tables, chairs and other commonly used items between each patient visit of the office
  • Other clinical and office duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Flexibility to work daytime and evening shifts, with some Saturdays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Good computer skills and organized
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience working in an office is preferred
  • Flexible and ability to multi task in a very busy medical office
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions of procedures
