Job Description

This is critical to ensure the organization remains compliant with the Act.

  • Coordinate batch translations in conjunction with the Project Management team and transmit via leveraging cloud based solutions
  • Read through batch translations and provide; validation of accuracy and suggestions for modifications understanding the audience (employees).
  • Ensuring attention to detail is paramount for legal documents to ensure compliance.
  • Complete full translation manually in the specified language of French (Quebec, Canada)
  • Ensure project tasks are delivered on time to be compliant with the regulatory approved timelines for the project
  • Define and manage changes to project scope, goals, schedule and/or costs
  • Coordinate and communicate the activities of applicable departments to ensure that all project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Manage ongoing communications with internal stakeholders and external bodies to ensure applicable departments are aware of, meet and or exceed expectations
  • Maintain the project management records are current and up to date
  • Create and maintain reporting information analysis of statistical information for trending and reporting progress
  • Must complete 185 hours of internship program
  • Will be required to meet with a mentor once a week for 4 weeks for review of work completed and feedback to apply
