Responsibilities

• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Proficient with POS system
• Proficient with TLS policies & procedures
• Understands TLS sales targets, goals and expectations
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products
• Restock products as they sell
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build trusting relations with customers
