Job Description

SummaryThe Production Assembly Worker is responsible for producing, inspecting, and packaging a variety of different products within the manufacturing facility. Utilizing different pieces of manufacturing equipment, the Production Assembly Worker is required to perform duties standing or sitting, and must be accurate and efficient with a focus on producing consistent, quality products in a busy, fast paced environment.Job Duties

  • Assembling various ducts, blankets and Tarpaulins etc.
  • Using light equipment for constructing products
  • Accurately follow instructions and safety protocol
  • Inspect finished parts and check against product specifications and tolerances for compliance
  • Enter production time into the computer from Production Work Orders
  • Pack finished goods into boxes or wrap in plastic sleeves according to packaging requirements
  • Check condition of all machinery prior to operation and notify maintenance of any issues
  • Inspect raw materials prior to starting a job to ensure product conformity
  • Squatting and bending will be required on a regular basis
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications· One year of production or experience· Ability to lift up to 20lb to 40lbs on a regular basis· Ability to follow instructions and meet standard quotas· Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken in order to receive instructions, read specs and drawings and communicate production and safety concerns· Ability to work well in a team environment· Strong work ethic with a high regard for customer service· Ability to work well with minimal supervisionWork ConditionsWe have day shifts and evening shifts available.· occasional overtime may be requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
