Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and organized coordinators, who love to create an excellent customer experience for our clients. The Salon Coordinator will have a variety of front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, setting appointments, etc. As well as on the Floor Responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving SALES. To support and Grow the salon business and our service providers business by offering opportunities to our Guests.Equal parts CUSTOMER CARE/ SALESRESPONSIBILITIES: Team Sales and productivity are the ForefrontPre-booking and RetailingSuggestion of other services and monthly promotionsLeading a dynamic Team of service providers, while delivering 100% costumer satisfaction and increasing SalesGreet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salonAnswer incoming calls & confirm appointmentsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentableProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phoneRecommend products based on individual client needsOccasionally receive, sort and organize productsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying transcribing and faxingAdditional duties as requiredQualifications: Must Have previous SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE experienceMust be Enthusiastic and Passionate for the industryProfessional and eager to learnFriendly and display great customer serviceMust be able to adapt to a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Milano Systems is an assetJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20-30 per weekSalary: $16.50-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
