We help driven individuals succeed with UNCAPPED commission.The Territory Manager will work towards achieving all the key business objectives in their home store and other stores.The Territory Manager will drive sales, service, employee engagement and customer experience.WHO YOU ARE:Are you a results-oriented leader with a minimum of 2 - 4 years of progressive wireless retail and customer service experience Are you driven by success and challenge If yes, we have an opportunity for a strong candidate who exemplifies a passion for Sales, wireless technology, and an outstanding customer experience.We are looking for great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Someone who has the passion to be a product expert in the Wireless industry. This is a great opportunity to develop further.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow operational guidelines to ensure all compliance standards are being met and complete all required training
  • Lead and develop Mobilists (Sales Associates) and other Lead Mobilists (Sales Managers) to meet store sales and performance objectives by providing ongoing support and coaching at home store and other stores
  • Establish trusting relationships with customers
  • Successfully recruit and train new Mobilists
  • Train new Lead Mobilists and prepare them for success in their new role
  • Effectively administer performance management programs and deliver on all key metrics through coaching and feedback
  • Demonstrate superior organization and time management skills
  • Keep home store and other stores updated with the latest trends to provide a better customer experience
  • Lead Mobilist for your home store and overseeing the sales and operations for three to four other retail outlets within your district.
