A successful Insurance Agency is seeking qualified professionals to join an award-winning team for the role of Insurance Sales Representative. Responsibilities:
  • Manage your workday by developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Selling Home, Auto, Commercial, Vehicle Financing and Life Insurance solutions to new and existing clients through a variety of channels (social media, Over the Phone, Face-to-face).
  • Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals.
  • Increase external network by being visible in the community and capitalize on market opportunities and referrals from centres of influence.
  • Work with the agents and team to establish and meet agency goals.
  • Care for our clients by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, fun, safe and community-focused work environment.
What you bring:
  • A OTL or RIBO licence (Property & Casualty)
  • A LLQP (Life) Licence – Must be able to obtain
  • Successful track record of networking and prospect potential Auto, Home, Business Insurance clients
  • A great attitude, courage to push beyond your limits, passion for people and your work, and the ability to connect with people
  • Sales experience of 3 years industry experience with demonstrated ability to generated leads is considered an asset
  • Successful track record of meeting sales and premium goals
  • Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and active listeningProactive in problem solving
