We are a busy taxi company located in Niagara Falls, looking for a strong individual that can work under pressure to join our team. We are looking for part time on contract phone operator.Job Duties :- duties include answering called-in requests for taxi service and send drivers to customers- assist drivers with directions to pick up locations- when emergency assistance is needed by a driver, it is often the responsibility of dispatcher to request required service- taking care of reservations and bookingRequirements: - knowledge of Niagara Falls- knowledge of Niagara region an asset- mature, responsible, dependable, professional, polite, patient, people-oriented with excelent communication skills- computer skills-good telephone skills a must- must be able to handle multiple-functions and activities- must be organized and be able to prioritize quickly- some experience preferred but will train motivated personQualifications: - ability to work under pressure- must be good team player- must be available to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, midnight)Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: From $15.50 per hourSchedule:
