Since opening its doors in 1967, Niagara College has grown to become a leader in education and training and one of the most enterprising colleges in Canada.Applications are invited for the part-time position of Events Assistant in the Development & Alumni Relations Department, located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus. The starting salary is $24.39/hr for a 24-hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary. This is a temporary position and is set to commence February 2023 to June 2023.The Development and Alumni Relations department is responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with prospective supporters, donors, and alumni. The department raises money for equipment and learning resources, scholarships, bursaries, applied research and new facilities. The successful candidate will support the College’s two signature fundraising events, donor, and alumni engagement experiences, and various convocation activities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
