Assist to coordinate and document internal staff and external contractor staff day to day work assignments, seek quotations and make arrangements for site of systems access to ensure an active repair and preventive maintenance program including related filing, legislative record compliance and entering of data in to systems and databases. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable Acts, Regulations and policies. Responsible for maintaining a parts inventory including ordering and researching cost effective alternatives. Assist with the training of staff and provide input for budget management, facilities upgrades etc. as required. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment, systems, facilities, grounds and applicable systems within the Construction Energy & Facilities Management, Facilities portfolio. Operate Regional vehicles and aerial devices according to Highway Traffic Act, Public Commercial Vehicle Act, Working at Heights and all other applicable legislation and Regional guidelines.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION
