A 17-acre parcel of land on the corner of John Street and Niagara River Parkway in Niagara on the Lake is the newest addition to the Andrew Peller Limiteds family. The beautiful and historic Riverbend Inn. Dating back to 1809 the property has a story that is rooted in family and tradition. It has evolved into the 21 room Georgian style-inn that has welcomed hundreds of guests a year since 2002.We are looking for Front Desk Agents to join our team at the beautiful and historic Riverbend Inn in Niagara on the Lake starting in May!We offer:

We are looking for a teammate with:
  • Previous guest service/ front desk experience, hotel preferred
  • Basic computer skills including word and excel
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • High attention to detail
This teammate will be accountable for:
  • Front desk duties including check in/check out procedures
  • Answering phones in a professional manner
  • Taking reservation inquiries and checking availability
  • Taking messages and forwarding to appropriate departments
  • Dealing with guests in a professional service-oriented manner
  • Other duties as assigned
