Working closely with management to understand their staffing drivers, they lead the recruitment process building and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, unions and the community at large. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the Corporation is hiring the most qualified candidates for both unionized and non-union positions, ensuring compliance with hiring practices inclusive of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as for fit with the corporate culture.EDUCATION
