The Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist (HIS) will lead multiple work streams across programs (including ICT & HIS, HR functions in the area of recruiting, onboarding and compensation and benefits) with support from the Director, HIS. The incumbent will assist with new hires as it directly relates to the onboarding of external candidates. Duties include, references checks for all external candidates, send for CRC, offering of position, send offer letter, new hire documentation in collaboration with set up documentation session, document new hire, enter into Virtuo HRIS (HR Information System) and complete new hire compensation and benefits process.
