Popeyes Louisiana Chicken - Saisethsons Hospitality Group IncAs a cook at Popeyes, your top priority is guest satisfaction!We are currently hiring Full-time/ Part-time Cook/ Batter Fry Station Lead for our location at 12840 Highway 27, Nobleton ON L0G1N0***Students enrolled in Hospitality Management programs are encouraged to apply for a paid Co-op opportunity with a possibility to continue working with us permanently and exploring other career options!!As part of our team we offer you:

What to expect in your role as a cook/batter fry station lead:
  • Prepares food in the kitchen as well as packages food and drink products
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, restroom & exterior.
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
  • Clean and maintain equipment on daily basis
  • Consistently handle product preparation
  • Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
  • Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes as well as our company Saisethsons Hospitality Group
REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards.
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
  • Be able to consistently lift or carry boxes (15lbs to 60lbs) for product preparation, stocking and inventory, working in cold environment as freezer/ fridge.
  • Consistently stand during serving guests and working at the front or kitchen.
  • Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
  • Previous experience working in Popeyes is an asset.
  • Have or pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Hospitality management or related fields is an asset but not required.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
