Job Description

Dealership Payroll SpecialistOntario, CanadaCraving a positive & lasting career change Join the AutoCanada family!AutoCanada is looking for an experienced full time Regional Payroll Specialist to join our growing team! You will be responsible for aiding the payroll & accounting teams within dealerships.AutoCanada Offers You:

Your Day to Day:
  • Support semi-monthly payroll
  • Ensure internal audit processes & procedures are in place
  • Represent payroll for internal/external audits; create & maintain process documentation
  • Manage reconciliation/preparation of T-4s & other year-end activities
  • Act as a payroll expert; resolve escalated or high-risk issues or concerns
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 2-5 years payroll experience
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Experience with collective agreements is an asset
  • Knowledge of CRA Payroll deduction calculations & ON Employment Standards
  • Experience with CDK, ADP, and/or Workforce Now is preferred
  • A valid drivers license & safe driving history is required
