Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Involvement in the planning and implementation for each clients individualized care and behaviour support plan
  • Provide hand on care for each client in a safe, respectful, effective and responsible manner
  • Recognize each individual differences, values and beliefs
  • Support each persons activity plan
  • Demonstrate crisis intervention skills
  • Promote an environment and program that is both supportive and nurturing
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and youth with Different Abilities an asset
  • Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector check (Valid within 6 months)
  • Current CPR & First Aid
  • Valid drivers licence and personal Vehicle
  • Clear and current driver’s abstract
Job Types: Part-time, CasualPay: Up to $17.00 per hourBenefits:

  • Caregiving: 3 years (preferred)
