Rack Petroleum Ltd. is looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to be our first point of contact in one of our busiest retail locations. Rack Petroleum Ltd. is an established multiple location member in the Agriculture industry and as such we are seeking a determined indicudual to join our growing tream as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).The CSR will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the retail location to ensure smooth day to day operation. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. General duties will include but are not limited to: data entry and maintenance of customer acounts; receiving, screening and directing incoming phone calls; general office duties (incuding filing and operation of photocopy and fax machines); and working closely with the Manager to ensure inventory control over Rack products. You will be expected to assist in the Chem shed which includes learning to run a forklift.The position requires planning and organizationasl skills, being able to prirotize, attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability and teamwork.Quick Apply
