Selected as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies, we are a values-based, results-oriented and collaborative company, with a focus on increasing the health and wellness of our communities.This is a Part Time Administrative Associate role requiring 20 hours per week within our CBI Health - North Battleford clinic; 9800 Territorial Dr #1, North Battleford, SK S9A 3W6SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:Daily management of the schedule to minimize cancelled appointments and vacancies. Books appointments either by telephone or in person. Calling to re-schedule any missed appointmentsWorking with the Clinic Leader to foster and develop new business and services contacts for the clinic as well as to maintain strong relationships with our current business contactsGreeting patients and other guests to the clinic and making them feel welcomeDaily operation of the front deskAnswering telephones and providing callers with information about the clinic - explaining CBI procedures to patients, insurance and Rehabilitation companies, employers and physiciansPreparing, organizing and maintaining the charts used for daily appointments as necessary.Coordinates the flow of letters; updates and copies documents for charts, mails and records the date of mailing;Cross-checks and totals daily payments; prepares and makes bank deposits Reports directly to the Manager of Operations and Customer Support unless specified by the Clinic ManagerEnsures referral to admission cycle times are within acceptable parametersMay be required to supervise and train other support staff under the direction of the Manager of Operations and Customer Support or Clinic Manager;Responsible for discharging files when appropriate;Ensures all information regarding clients are stored in a confidential, secure manner;Provides information as required to WCB, insurers, CBI , region and corporate groups; provides back up and support to the SK regionKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Warm, friendly telephone mannerCustomer service experience required, ideally in the service sector;All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemptionKnowledge of the rehabilitation sector;Computer literacy (Windows and Excel)Ability to communicate well internally and externally;Strong organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a dynamic team environmentAbout CBI Health Group:For over 40 years, CBI has been working every day to improve the health and enrich the lives of Canadians.As Canada’s largest provider of community healthcare services, CBI is made up of over 12,000 physiotherapists, occupational therapists, registered massage therapists, Kinesiologist, chiropractors, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, physicians, nurses, dietitians, behavioural therapists, administrators, and professionals.CBI is set apart by the unique ability to work as an integrated network to foster ongoing learning, enhance best practices, improve access to care for all Canadians and achieve the best outcomes possible for our clients.
