AlbertaJob Type: Full-Time PermanentWorkdays: WeekdaysMajor Tasks & Responsibilities:The Flooring Project Manager is responsible for maintaining the existing customer base to ensure continued business. Dealing with subcontractors through project management by providing coordination of activities among all stakeholders: subcontractors, vendors and ClientsAlso, Attend to walk-in customers by helping them with product selection, preparing quotes and closing the deal.Background Knowledge in construction and flooring is required to succeed as a Flooring Project Manager.The Flooring Project Manager is also expected to generate new flooring project leads; initiate prospect calls for new flooring projects. and to establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.· Explain the steps needed to complete projects and the products needed.· Schedule installation and monitor the implementation of the scheduled installation service· Keep up to date with new products and their functions.· Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods, and health and safety.· Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.· Ensure and participate in the maintenance of their department.· Our in-house sales training program and continuous training in product knowledge will make you the most knowledgeable flooring advisor in the industry.· Goal-orientated and driven to reach targets.· Self-motivated to excel in your role and career.· Ability to read blueprint with retail sales experience (preferably flooring).· High energy and passion.What we can offer for Permanent full-time employees:· Three-month wage guarantees plus commission to get you started.· Starting Compensation $43,200 plus Uncapped commission structure (Earning potential up to $180,000)· Company benefit plan.· In-house sales training program.Learning and growth opportunities within the company; If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are looking to earn an above-average salary and find value in working with a company that finds value in you, wed like to hear from you.Would you mind forwarding us your resume along with a cover letter outlining why you feel you would be the perfect individual to add to our growing family Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
