Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise, motivate and train team members on an assigned shiftEnsure team members provide the highest level of customer service possible to our customers.Initiate necessary actions to correct customer complaints.Maintain courteous interaction with customers at all times.Maintain up to date knowledge of product information and pricing.Ensure awareness of all current promotions.Assist team members with placing, reviewing and delivering customer orders.Assign team members to work stations and for scheduled breaks.Ensure proper deployment throughout the shift.Assist by relieving team members during breaks.Ensure products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage.Ensure the recording and following of all holding times.Monitor and maintain all product/supply levels and notify management when levels are low.Ensure all stored products/supplies are maintained in approved containers and stored in approved equipment.Ensure food preparation equipment is always in good working condition and notify management immediately when equipment requires repair.Adhere to sanitation policies and procedures.Ensure service/production/supply areas are cleaned and maintained according to corporate procedures and that only approved cleansing agents are used.Skills and KnowledgeAbility to supervise a team; ability to work shifts (evenings and/or weekends);assist with the training of new employees; patient; ability to provide a feedback to people, able to delegate work to the employee, ability to solve conflictsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $10.00-$27.00 per hourSchedule:
