Job Description

Valard Construction LP (Valard) is Canada’s premier utility contractor, as well as head of the Valard Group of Companies and part of the Quanta Group, the largest electrical power contractor in North America. Valard has full-service capabilities for transmission, distribution, substations, foundations, telecommunications, and renewable energy.Valard is a full-service EPC+ utility contractor with almost four decades of experience, successfully completing projects across Canada.Valard is currently seeking a Hydrovac Operator to be based out of North Battleford, SK.Requirements

  • Drive and operate truck in a safe manner
  • Have a strong customer service focus
  • Complete and submit paperwork (pre-trip & post-trip, FLHA, field tickets, driver logs) daily
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, such a daily inspections and greasing
  • Keep truck clean and organized Minimum Qualifications
  • Clean class 1A Drivers license
  • Hydrovac operating experience
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Able to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time when required
