We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our North Battleford location. If you are offered and accept a position as Store Manager, you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends and extended hours during the 3 major flower industry holidays: Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day.Responsibilities and DutiesPrepare floral orders;Work in partnership with Customer Service and Purchasing Department to maximize warehouse operation;Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;Maintain inventory control;Ensure a high level of store maintenance;Recruiting candidates for various positions within the store;Orienting, training, developing, motivating and managing employees;Controlling payroll budget and scheduling staff efficiently;Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour, and attitude at all times.Qualifications and SkillsStrong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detailAbility to lead by exampleExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsMotivated and creative team playerStrong training and professional development skillsAbility to work in a high-energy team environmentBasic computer knowledgeApplication deadline: 2021-11-04Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
