Job Description

E Construction, a division of N.P.A Ltd. is looking for professional and enthusiastic, seasonal Roller Operators to work full-time for the 2022 construction season. The crew this position will be working on will be working within our Saskatchewan DivisionKey Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
  • Distribute, break down, compress and give a finished surface to cooling asphalt
  • Perform all other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating a small roller is preferred
  • Ability to work overtime is required
  • Out of town travel is required
  • Capable of operating multiple pieces of equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
  • Knowledge of paving and paving processes
  • Knowledge of job site and when to roll asphalt to spec for different job requirements
  • Must be able to meet all safety requirements
  • Ability to perform manual labour tasks
