Service Business Manager – North BattlefordIn order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world, we are looking for a Service Business Manager in North Battleford. Get in the field with Pattison Agriculture!As Service Manager, you will direct and coordinate the dealerships service activities with focus on customer product support, technician efficiency, departmental profitability, and ensure service operation processes are followed. You will work with other departments and the Regional Service Manager to create an effective and productive environment. You will also plan and initiate all service department functions, including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all department staff.You are a results-oriented individual with a minimum 5+ years of Management experience in the Ag industry and have a technical background.
