Anderson Pump House Ltd. is looking to add a Service Technician to our team in North Battleford. This position requires a strong technical background with a focus on providing superior customer support. Our goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. Our group of companies was founded in 1968, and we are proud to be an independent Saskatchewan founded, owned and operated company focused on our customers, staff, and community.Responsibilities: · Provide onsite and offsite service for water treatment equipment, pump systems, and wastewater systems.· Manage all installation, repair, and maintenance.· Understand and communicate issues, solutions, and options to customers in a professional and clear manner.· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions to resolve issues.· Produce timely and detailed service reports.· Maintain all shop tools, instruments and equipment that may require upkeep and repair.· Ensure overall organization and cleanliness of workstation.· Assist with the maintenance of the warehouse and compound.· Assist warehouse and sales departments as required.· Overtime is required when necessary to complete time-sensitive jobs.· Follow all company procedures and safety protocols.Requirements: · Must be mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of technical repairs.· Strong familiarity with related tools and equipment.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Basic computer skills.· A valid driver’s license.What you can expect from us: · Benefits· Matching RRSP Plan· Casual dress· Bonus programsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAdditional pay:
