Overview:Tingley's Harvest Center is a full line CLAAS, KUBOTA and JCB equipment dealership with locations in Lloydminster, Vegreville and North Battleford. We are currently hiring an experienced full-time service writer for our North Battleford branch.The ideal candidate will have service experience at an Agriculture dealership but other Service Writer experience will be considered. Customer service is our main priority, so remaining professional is always essential.Job Functions:Book AppointmentsOpen new work orders, accurately recording customer information and requirementsClose and invoice work ordersHandle incoming phone calls in a professional mannerDeal with customer requests and questions in a timely and friendly mannerKeep customers updated as needed regarding ongoing repairs and offer explanations for work required and/or suggested so that customers can make informed decisionsConfirm that all work and pricing is approved by the customer prior to work being performedMonitor activities at service counter including customer contactComplete various clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, sorting/filing, etc.Receiving customer paymentsOther duties may be assigned at a later dateRequirements:Excellent customer service skillsProficient computer skillsAbility to work unsupervisedMust be organized and self-motivatedPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsMotivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customerHave the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing prioritiesAbility to handle stressful situations in a calm and efficient mannerAbility to read and comprehend policies and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skills
