We pride ourselves on supporting healthcare professionals while ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in North Bay. This role offers flexibility with shifts.Compensation:

  • $45-$47 per hour
Requirements:
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC): Required (valid within 1 year)
  • TB Test: Required (valid within 6 months)
  • Immunizations: Proof of current MMRV immunization required
  • N95 Mask Fit Test Certification: Required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor health progress
  • Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs
  • Administer and manage medications, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and facility policies
  • Provide hands-on direct patient care in alignment with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols, including infection control measures
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a seniors #39; home, long-term care, or hospital setting
  • BLS/ACLSamp; eCTAS Certification (asset)
  • Availability for shifts across all times (days/evenings/nights/weekends)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and email communication
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
