Are you ready for an exciting challenge in an environment conductive to professional and personal growthJob DescriptionUnder the supervision of our Pastry Chef, the Pastry Cook will:

  • Prepare recipes and special orders
  • Determine the ingredients needed and their quantity for each dish to prepare
  • Bake prepared products
  • Glaze or decorate desserts
  • Design and make occasional cakes and presentation pieces
  • Prepare frozen treats and creams
  • Prepare selections of mignardises
  • Place orders for food if needed
  • Maintain work area and tools clean
QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who:
  • Enjoys team work
  • Organized and takes initiative
  • Good knowledge of French and English
  • Creativite
  • Manual dexterity and speed of execution
  • Attention to detail
  • Similar experience in high-end restaurant, is an asset
