Position: Law Clerk, Bank Recovery Location: Toronto, ON Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Law Clerk / Bank Recovery / Legal / Law FirmEmployment Term: Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid (3 days in-office per week) Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts that are overdue and initiate contact with delinquent customers via phone, email, or letters.
• Work with different legal departments, recovery agents, and law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including filing and data entry.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualificationsamp; Experience:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in an Ontario Law Clerk program.
• 3+ years of experience as a Back Recovery Clerk.
• Working knowledge and experience in drafting and filing pleadings, default judgments, writs, garnishments and motion record.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
