Job Description

Customer Service Representative Location: In-person at our office in North York? Job Type: Full-timeamp; Part-time positions availableAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a customer-focused and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, partners, and management. You’ll handle inquiries, maintain records, and provide excellent support while following company policies.If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and love helping people, we encourage you to apply—training is provided for the right candidate!Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Gather and organize information for reports (training provided).
  • Communicate client feedback and concerns to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Follow up with partners and log all interactions in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of customer service, administrative, or related experience preferred – training available
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges professionally and find solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
