Job Description

Our team here at Ace Management Group is currently looking to hire a Junior Marketing Assistant to help us keep up with the demands of our clients. Our clients are industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies who come to us for help to promote their brands, services, and products. Our unique marketing approach allows us to connect with customers and clients at the foundation. We excel in building relationships with customers, while communicating our clients #39; brand in order to increase awareness and profitability. Applicants must be comfortable engaging with the public and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Job Duties:

  • Quickly and thoroughly learn marketing portfolio of clients.
  • Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer #39;s wants and needs at the forefront
  • Manage consumer and client relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, retail or hospitality environment
  • Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
  • Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential
