This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies and managing sales for online marketplaces.Key Responsibilities:· Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces · Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces.· Ensure product listings are attractive and competitive.· Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities.· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the eCommerce marketplace.· Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the eCommerce landscape.· Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, especially in the eCommerce context.· Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels.· Develop and manage marketplace budgets and goals, with a deep understanding of eCommerce budgeting.· Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to management, highlighting eCommerce-specific metrics.· Coordinate with inventory teams on sellable items for eCommerce platforms.· Check competitiveness of pricing of items from other sellers and platforms and provide feedback and suggestions to the Operations Manager.· Manage any escalations related to marketplace operations, focusing on effective eCommerce issue resolution.Requirements
