Position: Packaging Supervisor.Location: Toronto, ON.Salary: $24 - $28 per hour + Shift Premium.Industry: Manufacturing / Packaging / Food / Production.Employment Term: Full Time / Temp - to - Perm.Shift: Rotating Days, Afternoons, Evenings. Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising Packaging Department.
• Work collaboratively with Management Shift Supervisor, Lead Hands to meet daily KPIs.
• Perform production reports.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring employees.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Additional related Supervisory Packaging duties as assigned.

Qualificationsamp; Experience:

• Post-secondary education an asset.
• 5 years related supervisory experience in a bakery / food industry.
• Proven leadership ability, managing and motivating team.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and general food safety production.
• Able to report days, afternoons, nights, shift as needed.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
