  • Develop and organize training course modules.
  • Works with the training team to create multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, videos, audio, and interactive simulations.
  • Use Articulate Storyline to build interactive and engaging eLearning modules.
  • Write and edit course scripts, narration, and text content.
  • Design and develop interactive assessments and quizzes.
  • Build detailed storyboards that outline the structure, navigation, and interactions of eLearning modules.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
  • Integrate multimedia elements, animations, and interactivity into eLearning modules.
  • Test eLearning modules to ensure proper functionality, compatibility, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Upload eLearning modules to a Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring proper functionality within the platform.
Who You Are:
  • Related university degree or technical diploma with two to four years of experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline.
  • Strong visual design skillset with past experience in Adobe Suite and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong written/verbal communications, interpersonal, planning, problem solving and implementation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of e-learning design principles and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to create high quality training materials.
Preferred:
  • Experienced in animation, motion design and graphic design
  • Ability to write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to customize and enhance the functionality of eLearning content
  • Experience working with SAP in customer service
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
Working Conditions:
  • Typical Office Environment with up to 10% travel.
  • This position involves a higher than normal stress level given the need to attain daily Operational milestones on time.
  • Due to the nature of this position from time to time it will be necessary to be flexible in terms of work schedule with need to work extended hours on occasion.
