Job Description

Our firm is a security based firm located in Oakville that deals with many confidential matters. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, and looking for a rewarding position in a small office/team-based environment.The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and multitasking, willing to take on additional responsibilities as the company expands, attend in person, comfortable with a small office environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Online research (primarily social media)· Filing, scanning, document organization· Logging and photographing of evidence· Order office supplies and maintain inventory· Receive clients and shipments· Archiving of case files· Management and tracking of subcontractors· Proof reading/preparing reports· Deliveries and pickups· Limited bookkeepingRequirements for this position include:· Post secondary education (criminology, criminal justice preferred)· Strong written and spoken English skills· Valid driver’s license and vehicleFavourable Skills· Experience with office administration, online research etc.· Familiarity with a wide range of social media platforms· Confident with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Word)· Knowledge of the judicial/legal system· Strong ability to multitaskJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $17.50 per hourBenefits:
