The Crew Member’s role is to work hand inhand with fellow team members in customer service, BOH A crew Member must also be well versed in Guest service and operation every guest receives an incredible product and is addressed with the utmost.Role of a Crew Member:● Be enthusiastic, energetic and demonstrate a genuine positive demeanor throughout the shift● Be professional and hospitable while promoting the Tahini’s brand● Ensure every guest receives the Tahini’s experience and leaves eager to return● Consistently execute the menu in a quick and efficient manner to thehighest quality standards opportunities to introduce guests to new offerings or optionsDuties & Responsibilities:● Prepare a selection of food Assist with completion of catering orders as needed ● Proper adherence to all cash handling procedures ● Correct use of POS system, adhering to all company standard ● Ability to stay calm under pressure ● Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management Job Requirements: ● Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment ● Fluency in English both written and verbal ● Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays ● Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 50lbs ● Must be able to stoop and bend ●Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.50-$17.00 per hourBenefits:
