Our preferred candidate would be someone who has worked within the medical field. We are looking for a professional individual with a focus on patent care and customer service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate luxury service and next-level patient care
  • Welcoming the patients in person and on the phone in a friendly and warm manner
  • Registering patients as they arrive and taking temperature checks, conducting COVID-19 screening
  • Answering incoming phone calls regarding treatments offered, appointment times, consultation/cancellation fees
  • Conducting mini phone consultation with patients - Educating patients on service, procedures and products offered
  • Scheduling appointments for consultations and procedures - Provide pre and post procedure instructions via email
  • Registering patients and entering data in computer system including contact information
  • Making appointment reminder calls and managing appointment reminder system
  • Preparing, maintaining, and updating patient files/charts
  • Preparing patient bills and process payments through EMR and POS system
  • Performing billing transactions through Medical EMR system
  • Inventory management (ordering, regular counting)
  • Maintaining cleanliness of reception area
  • Assist with scheduling referrals and preparing paper charts when required
  • Assist with Social Media posts/Before & After photos/Consents
  • Other responsibilities as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous luxury customer focused role and/or cosmetic clinic experience
  • Experience with laser hair removal, IPL’s and microneedling
  • Working knowledge of medical aesthetics / cosmetic injectables
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Sales experience in a relatable industry
  • Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor
  • Extremely high proficiency in technology and software programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
  • Ability to multitask seamlessly
  • Reliable, dependable
  • Ability to maintain calm demeanor during high-volume days
  • Familiarity with EMR a plus
  • Experience with Zo skincare and Vivier an asset
