Job Description

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle large crowds
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in all aspects of customer service.
  • Serving both plated and buffet style dinners
  • Must know how to French Serve
  • Providing excellent customer service and effectively communicating with guests
  • Providing table maintenance, clearing dishes, ensuring cleanliness, restocking condiments and may be required to assist with room set up/tear down as needed
