You will be responsible for day to day bookkeeping activities, including but not limited to recording daily transactions, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting and will be based in our Canadian office located in Oakville. Duties and responsibilities are as follows.· Recording daily cash deposits and loading files to bank’s web portal· Generating monthly invoicing in NetSuite· Preparing bank, credit card, sales tax and general ledger account reconciliations· Supporting month-end and year-end close process, including recording journal entries, data entry, and posting transactions into NetSuite· Validating and exporting financial statements and trial balances for management review· Preparing AR/financial reports and supporting schedules· Providing support with external audit/tax queries· Other administrative duties within Accounting, including special projects and requests from Senior Manager and CFOQUALIFICATIONS
