  • Builds strong, trusted relationships with the Country CEO and his/her Leadership Team, striking a delicate balance between consulting / advising and being a team member.
  • Actively engage with the leadership teams in understanding the business objectives, challenges, opportunities and facilitate solutions and people strategies to address those challenges.
  • Represents HR in a Country and is ultimately accountable for implementation of HR policies and guidelines and their compliance to local regulations, as such a final decision maker on multiple country level topics.
  • Represents Healthineers as an employer to external authorities and stakeholders. Is connected in professional networks in the country / region representing Healthineers HR as a thought leader.
  • Demonstrates leadership for the entire HR value chain (incl. Global Business HR Services, Expert Teams, Talent Acquisition, etc.) regardless of reporting relationship.
  • Orchestrates delivery of vertical HR portfolio to businesses in country, managing resources across countries and cultures.
  • Owns and optimizes all facets of industrial and labor relations policies and practices.
  • Provide executive coaching to leaders on leadership strategies, organizational effectiveness, and collaboration for results in the NAM & global matrix.
  • Drive and manage organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives.
  • Be a Talent Advocate; gaining an understanding of succession benches, development needs and career opportunities
  • Partner with senior leadership to embed a continuous focus on a high-performance culture to enhance organizational capabilities and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Educate leadership on changing workforce trends and identify opportunities for initiatives to proactively adapt to these changes. This may include organization wide competency assessments, capability/expertise gap analysis and resulting alignments.
  • Collaborate with other Regional HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence (CoE) in driving and effectively supporting business initiatives & priorities, Total Rewards and our People & Culture practices)
  • Partner with the assigned HR Business Consultants and Centers of Excellence to identify trends & solutions in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee development, and employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources for Multinational companies preferably in the field of Healthcare, Engineering, Technology, Energy or relevant industry segments.
  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • A proven ability to build relationship and influence across all levels, working within teams and individually at both the country and global level
  • Experience working in an international, high growth organization
  • Experience managing, either directly or indirectly, an HR Operations and System organization
  • Experience as a coach to executive-level leadership
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
